greater group and Watch This Space brought together MotoMe by Macquarie, a digital, social and physical experience with multiple brands of cars on display on a rotational basis. The space also showcases technology that is new to Australia, which is the Converge platform, a kinetic retail display that allows consumers to explore, compare and configure information about cars that consumers need to make an informed car-buying decision. The interactive platform takes customers through a series of step processes; (1) car selection process, (2) customisable option extras, and (3) booking in a test drive and learning about car finance options. Together with Macquarie Leasing and our digital partners, we also developed extensive research into what consumers are looking for in the car-buying journey to deliver an elevated experience to potential customers.
